Trough her company les Mangeuses (formerly known as Boli Bana) Renelle Sib had created her ngo Boli Black focused on the representation of marginalized women and youth in the culinary industry.

Boli Black distributes our ethos to fight against Food Insecurities by establishing a FOOD IMPACT program so impacting 3000 women and kids between Burkina-Faso and Canada now the program is being established in Nigeria
