With a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, Renelle Sib is a renowned chef, social entrepreneur, and cultural ambassador. Her expertise spans from culinary arts to now sustainable agriculture with les Mangeuses, and her dedication to promoting local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients is at the heart of her philosophy is applied at the company Les Mangeuses and her ngo Boli Black.

Chef Renelle is dedicated to making a difference.
She founded the non organization Boli Black which advocates for women youth. Our mission to break down barriers eradicate discrimination, and confront stereotypes. We primarily focus on Black women, youth, and communities, especially in and Canada.
So far, we have served meals to 3,000 women and youth in various communities across Burkina Faso, West Africa, and Canada.

Executive Chef
Pioneered the development of culinary arts in Burkina Faso.
Her culinary journey bridges continents, blending her international background from Canada with her deep connection to West Africa.
Renelle was the first and only woman to hold this executive chef position in the country. As one of the first women executive chefs in Burkina Faso, she bridged local flavors with international techniques, introducing a fresh culinary vision to the fine dining scene.
This milestone came with significant challenges: the role was created specifically for her, and she became not only the first woman, but also the youngest and the only Black woman to ever hold such a position in the country’s hospitality industry.

Hydroponics Urban Farm
As part of her ongoing dedication to sustainability and innovation, Renelle is spearheading the creation of a state-of-the-art hydroponic urban farm, an ambitious project that reimagines how communities grow and consume food.
By integrating modern agricultural technology with a deep respect for nature’s cycles, she cultivated a model that delivers fresh, locally sourced produce directly to the kitchen. This initiative not only embodies her belief in the farm-to-table movement but also reflects her vision for a more resilient and responsible food ecosystem.

Boli Black distributes our ethos to fight against Food Insecurities by establishing a FOOD IMPACT program so impacting 3000 women and kids between Burkina-Faso and Canada now the program is being established in Nigeria
